How do I redeem my Discount Code?
If you have a discount code, you may simply activate it by entering the code during checkout in the payment section when you buy online.
How do I cancel my orders?
If you want to cancel or edit your order, you must contact our Customer service as soon as possible here.
All our goods will be shipped by JNE courier.

We do not accept return, however we accept exchange for defect goods.

3. State conditions of the defect item(s), along with pictures condition of the items attached.
We will send you our address after exchange request approved.
* Exchange goods can be claimed within 48 hours after receival date.
We can only make return or exchange if any production defect occurred at your order.
Make sure that item is unused with its original packaging.
Please note that we can only offer for exchange with the same product, unless stock is unavailable.
